This recognition comes as part of an annual survey program administered by Best Companies Group, which conducts over 60 “Best Places” programs each year across various local, national, and industry levels. The program is aimed at highlighting exemplary workplaces within the Collections industry. In 2023, 45 esteemed companies, including InvestiNet, met the stringent standards to make the list.
Eligibility for this award required companies to meet certain criteria including operating within the US, employing a minimum of 15 employees, and have a business tenure of at least a year.
The rigorous selection process evaluated each company’s workplace policies, systems, and culture and also conducted a comprehensive employee experience survey. The combined scores, carefully managed by Best Companies Group, determined the final rankings.
